Executive Administrative Assistant
Imagine Learning seeks an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and other members of the company's Executive Team. This position is part time, 20-25 hours per week, preferably mornings from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Responsibilities include scheduling travel, coordinating meetings, processing expense reports, and special projects.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Required Knowledge and Experience
Three to five years’ previous executive administrative support experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage the logistics of several projects simultaneously
Ability to learn and use new software applications quickly
Ability to be discreet and use confidential information appropriately
Our ideal candidate will want part-time employment and be available for occasional extra hours.
